Returns and Exchange Policy 
 

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility: 

   - Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery (when purchased online). 

   - To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be undamaged and in their original packaging. 

   - Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Return Process: 

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at sales@uschs.org or by phone at (202)543-8919 x24. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. 

   - Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for online purchases) or instructions for in-store returns. 

   - Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the return authorization slip provided by our customer service team. 

   - Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided shipping label (for online purchases) or bring the item(s) to our physical store. 

   - Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference. 

  

Exchange Process: 

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. 

- Any broken or damaged merchandise is only eligible for an exchange. 

- Follow the return process outlined above to return the original item. 

- Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you (for online purchases) or provide you with the exchanged item in-store.
